Physiotherapy focuses on promoting, maintaining, and restoring physical function and mobility. Physiotherapists are trained healthcare professionals who use a variety of techniques and modalities to help individuals with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities achieve optimal physical functioning.
The goals of physiotherapy include reducing pain, improving mobility, enhancing strength and coordination, and preventing further injury or disability. Physiotherapists work with individuals of all ages and can be involved in the treatment of a wide range of conditions, including musculoskeletal injuries, neurological disorders, respiratory problems, and more.
