I have a strong passion to help people reach their goals and improve their quality of life. This has led me into completing my Masters Degree in Physiotherapy at the University of Sydney.
Over the course of 5 years, I have worked in both Hospitals and Private Practice. During these years I have gained extensive experience in treating a wide range of acute and chronic injuries. My key skills include: Orthopaedic pre and post rehabilitation, musculoskeletal, headaches, TMJ (Jaw pain), shoulder injuries, advanced dry needling, functional movement screen (FMS) and lower back pain.
My approach to physiotherapy assessment and treatment acknowledges that your condition is unique and will require a tailored management plan to suit your needs. My treatment involves a wide range of manual therapy techniques to improve your movement and decrease pain so that you can perform complimentary exercises that will lead to improvements in your overall functional capacity. As the patient, your needs and goals are my focus, and I will help you with every step of the way!

I am a dedicated Physiotherapist with extensive experience in the field. I am also qualified Remedial Massage Therapist and Personal Trainer. The knowledge gained from both these fields has led me to develop a deep understanding of the human body and its mechanics.
Through personalised treatment plans, I provide therapeutic massage and exercise prescription to alleviate pain, improve mobility, and enhance overall physical well-being. I have worked with diverse patients across schemes such as NDIS, Medicare, aged care, and private health insurance.
Being fluent in both Turkish and English, I effectively communicate with a wide range of patients, ensuring they receive the highest standard of care. My clinical area of interest lies in musculoskeletal rehabilitation and I am passionate about furthering research in these fields.

I’ve been seeing Nabihah for about 12 weeks now, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the care I’ve received. I have been attending physiohaus clinic for a couple months now. I came in with chronic neck pain which turned into an attack leading me to find I have discs in my cervical spine. I was referred by my. GP to Nabihah Shah at physio haus. Since I've seen Nabihah, she has helped manage my symptoms and alleviated the pain I've felt for the longest time. I had tried chiro before that which was great but only temporarily relieved symptoms and found myself always needing to go back. GP since explained to me that chiro wasn't the right treatment path for me and should try physio, it has changed my life and I feel forever grateful to Nabihah with her efforts, kindness and patience. I highly recommend physiohaus to all and very highly recommend Nabihah. 11/10

Another Nabihah fan! I started seeing her after struggling to find someone to treat my TMJ and neck issues. I read a Google review where someone else said they saw her for TMJ so I took a gamble after trying multiple physios. I have been seeing her for a few months and she’s the first physio I’ve seen who actually knows how to properly treat the cause of TMJ pain. She’s made a significant improvement to my jaw and neck pain. She’s very skilled and I feel totally safe when she is doing dry needling on me. She’s also very kind and a very nice person who makes me feel welcomed, and listens to what I have to say.

Nabiha is hands down one of the best Physio’s I have ever met. She has successfully treated my back, my leg and hip pain, and now has really turned my neck and shoulder pain around when I completely locked up from out of no where.I’ve had a lot of physio in my life, so I’ve got quite good at telling someone who really knows their stuff - and she does. She’s also very empathetic and understanding, and ‘gets’ people’s personal situations. She deserves every ounce of her seniority at Physiohaus.

I hurt my knee while playing sports, and now I'm constantly limping with clicks and pain in my knees. It's been bothering me a lot. One day, while driving, I spotted a big sign advertising physio services. I took down the number and called to book an appointment right away. I was a bit unsure initially due to trust issues, but the doctor reassured me during the session, although the pain didn't completely go away. Now, after my third visit, I'm feeling much better.
